【Sample Cost】: After the image and dimensions are transmitted to the factory, the factory will inform the customer of the list price. If a sample is needed, a sample fee will be charged at one times the list price. If the product is determined within the later period (within 3 months), the extra cost over the list price will be deducted from the payment (if another product is determined, it will not be deducted).
【About Samples】: Due to the nature of handmade products, sample production cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, but we can ensure a 95% similarity. All large batches will be shipped following the sample produced.
【Quantity for Customization】: Due to the different nature of products, the quantity for each product's customization varies. The specific quantity can be determined according to the specifications and type of the customized product. We do not provide a uniform quantity here. 【Product Price】: Customized customers are charged at the factory price of the goods. We practice low profit and high volume sales. The price does not include tax and does not include transportation costs. Transportation is generally done by logistics to reduce transportation costs.
【Delivery Deadline】: The delivery deadline varies according to the quantity of the product. Generally, it takes 10-15 days for custom-made prototypes (additional 5-10 days during peak seasons); for non-prototype orders, it takes 4-10 days, excluding the time for intermediate transportation. The specific delivery time can be negotiated between both parties.
Confirmation of Order: After the product is confirmed by the merchant, our store will officially place an order for mass production. If custom version is required, after the product is confirmed by the merchant, our store will arrange the layout. After the layout is confirmed, the official order for mass production will be placed. The time calculation starts from the official order time.
