Instructions for use:

Tunnel furnace need to know your products before use, 1. Baking temperature, 2. Baking time. Generally speaking, any product has baking standards, such as hamburgers. The baking temperature is about 180℃, the baking time is between 12-15 minutes, and the color of the finished product is Golden; When baking with tunnel furnace, first adjust the transmission speed (that is, the baking time) to make the transmission speed reach the time requirement of baking products (for example, the length from tunnel furnace inlet to outlet is 15 m, and the baking time of products is 15 minutes, then the transmission speed should be adjusted to walk 1 meter per minute), and then adjust the baking temperature. When the temperature arrives, you can put the baking tray (product) at the entrance of tunnel furnace, and take out the finished product at the outlet; if the length of tunnel furnace is 15 m, according to the standard baking tray (400 × 600), 2 baking trays are added each time and 2 baking trays are added every minute, 240 trays of products can be baked every hour.
