5. If there are no negative feedbacks within a week after receiving the goods, it will be considered as buyer satisfaction. Our shop's product satisfaction rate is 99%. If there are returns due to reasons other than quality issues, the buyer of the ordinary product is responsible for the round-trip shipping fees.
