This machine features a fully enclosed design, with rolling bearings and lift structures for the glue tray. All shafts are made of full stainless steel, suitable for different thicknesses of paper. This makes it not only compact in appearance but also stable in performance, with sensitive transmission, low noise, high productivity, and low labor intensity.

Structure and Principle

This machine is composed of components such as the upper, middle, and lower adhesive axles, the upper and lower frames, the gear set, the belt wheels, the motor, and the adjustment knobs.

This machine is driven by an electric motor, which makes the lower glue shaft gear rotate by means of a belt pulley and a V-belt, thereby driving the gear set. This rotates the upper, middle, and lower glue shafts, maintaining the glue in the work position within the glue pan. This ensures that the glue is in a working state, achieving the purpose of coating. By adjusting the hand wheel, the position of the upper and lower glue shafts can be adjusted to achieve the required thickness of the glue layer, and the hand wheel should be adjusted to the required position according to the specifications of the workpiece to be used.

 

Section 3: Usage Instructions

1. Remember to add lubricant before using the machine and maintain a good lubrication state. That is, add lubricant to the oil hole 3, the oil tank 2, and the gear group 7.

2. Before and after using the machine, make sure to clean the glue shaft. Especially when the machine is stopped for a rest, it is essential to clean the glue shaft thoroughly. Or, if you are taking a short break, you can continue to operate the machine without cleaning. Note: When cleaning the glue shaft, it is essential to turn off the power and use a clean, soft damp cloth to wipe the glue shaft.

3. Check the power voltage and machine voltage before turning on the machine to ensure they are compatible.

4. Pour the appropriate amount of glue into the glue tray, adjust the glue tray adjusting roller 1 to the appropriate position, and make the lower glue shaft 10 and the glue in the glue tray 11 at the working position.

5. Before mounting the paper, adjust the adhesive shaft adjustment wheel 8 to ensure that the adhesive thickness meets the required standards. Additionally, adjust the adjustment wheel 4 to ensure that the pressure of the adhesive shaft 5 on the paper is suitable for the production requirements.

6. Do not pass hard objects through the two rubber shafts to avoid damaging the machinery.

7. It should be regularly noticed to maintain the machine clean and to maintain it regularly.

8. When using the double-purpose adhesive machine (hot melt machine) for both hot and cold applications of the same model, it is essential to always ensure that the water level completely covers the heating elements and the temperature sensors. It is strictly prohibited to have the heating elements exposed to the water when the machine is heating. The melting point of the hot melt adhesive must be lower than 100 degrees.
