Working Principle                                                          

 The vacuum sealing machine is mainly used for thermal bonding packaging of plastic bubble shells and paper cards. It employs the principle of pulse heating (36V voltage to heat the electric wood mold) to select different current outputs and on-time power according to the size of the workpiece (thermal bonding area). Then, the thermal bonding packaging is completed under the condition of cooling and pressure. The packaged products are transparent and beautiful, and the packaging speed is fast.

It uses a controllable electrical heating principle to complete the vacuum forming of materials such as PVC, PE, and PP into various shapes of sheet materials and sealing with paperboard. The operation is simple, convenient, and efficient.

 1. Easy operation: Simply select the delay time, heating time, cooling time, and heating current conversion settings, and manually rotate the circular worktable. The machine's delay system, heating system, and cooling system will automatically operate to complete the sealing process.

 This machine has three work stations, which enables fast packaging and high production efficiency.

 3. The mold is only suitable for the partial sealing of the edge of the vacuum forming part with the paper card, which does not affect the packaging product. The vacuum forming part and the paper card can maintain flatness and beauty.
