Color stone tile is composed of al-Zn alloy coated steel sheet as base material, colored sand, primer and acrylic resin. Among them, al-Zn alloy coated steel sheet of the base material is formed by electroplating plating solution composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, and its processability and coating property are basically the same as that of galvanized steel plate. Colored sand is the decorative layer of metal tile and the protective layer of the base layer. It is made by high-tech coloring process and high-temperature baking of particles with a certain particle size. It has more than ten colors and can withstand ultraviolet radiation, which can reduce the noise caused by rainwater to metal tiles, making colored steel sheet tiles rich and solemn in color and better in decoration. This is not available in general color profiled steel plates, it cannot be compared. Primer, as a special material of tile, is a material that makes al-Zn alloy coated steel sheet bond well with colored sand particles and has great effect. Acrylic resin, as the protective layer on the surface, prevents the leakage of detailed rainwater and can prolong the life of sand color.
