Method of use:
1. Center and height control:
  first of all, put the bottle on the hair clipper, point the electric device to make the bottle cap rise close to the punchhead, adjust the hair clipper to make the bottle cap fit with the punchhead, and then press the hair clipper tightly. When the bottleneck has no location, adjust the eccentric positioning fast and hair clipper to make the bottle cap Center and the bulkhead intermediate phase match. When the height of the bottle is different, the screw should be loosened and moved middle-size disc to meet the requirements, and then lock the screw. After center adjustment, lower the machine to the lowest point (for type 980 machine, let the lock head rise to the high position), and the measurement of the end surface distance should be about 48mm. If not satisfied, loosen the round nut of the brake screw, and pull the lifting rod to adjust. Finally tighten the brake screw round nut.
  Note: In the process of use, be sure to lock the top screw, because the middle-size disc is under great pressure, it is easy to shift; When the glass bottle locks, the iron hair clipper can be removed and replaced with plastic hair clipper.

2, the cylindrical die roll adjustment
  put the bottle on the pushing head, start the machine, lift to the highest point, first loosen the lock nut, then adjust the copper core so that the two cylindrical die roll (with spring) edges are on the starting point of the bottle. Then loosen the adjusting screw nut and adjust the adjustable screws at 2 so that the edges of the two cylindrical die roll are in contact with the cover and have appropriate pressure. Finally, lock the nut and adjusting screw nut.

3. Lock wheel adjustment
  while adjusting the cylindrical die roll, adjust the two lock wheels (no spring), first loosen the lock nut, then adjust the copper core to make the edges of the two lock wheels contact the lower edge of the bottle cap and have appropriate pressure. Finally, lock the nut and adjusting screw nut.
From loose to now when adjusting, hand lever should be used to adjust the lock head to prevent the bottle mouth from being locked.

4. Mineral water bottle cap screw cap
  loosen the guiding screw, clockwise unscrew the counter-threaded gland head (for 980-type, first remove the gland head in the reverse direction, and then use an A- line screwdriver to fix the central shaft, and then clockwise unscrew the gland head), and remove the entire lock head. Then install the plastic locking head (accessories) on the rising sleeve, check that the heartbeat cannot exceed 0.05mm, and then adjust the lifting height of the bracket to make the plastic locking head drive the plastic bottle cap to rotate and complete the function of tightening the seal.
Note: Two guide screws cannot top up the sleeve. Plastic locking head can move up and down.
