Without actual samples

1. Prototype stage: Selecting materials (thread bands/polyester bands/satin bands/yarn bands/gold and silver braid bands/specialty bands, and guest samples), determining colors (selecting color cards based on the corresponding materials), and determining product dimensions. We will provide samples according to the requirements; if it is urgent, you can confirm by taking pictures (please choose carefully, for those who are not strict on product quality and color, this method can be selected).

2. Confirm the bulk order sample: After the buyer receives the sample, carefully identify the color, style, craftsmanship, and specifications. If there is any need for modification, please contact the customer service in time to confirm again without error, and then confirm it as the bulk order sample.

3. Large-quantity orders: After confirming the sample, confirm the order (confirming quantity, size, packaging specifications, color, delivery date, shipping method, payment and freight). After the order is confirmed, place the product in the store and pay the full amount or bank transfer the deposit of 50% (for special custom-made products, the full amount is required). After the deposit arrives, arrange the production. The production cycle depends on the order quantity, difficulty, and production arrangements, generally 5-7 days, with the time arranged by the customer service as the standard. The production cycle is a rough estimate. We usually try to ship as soon as possible. For urgent orders, please inform the customer service when placing the order;

4. Completion of shipment, the process follows our usual shipping methods.

When there are actual samples

• 1. The products are made of polyester, nylon, spandex, synthetic silk, etc., and are developed and produced strictly in accordance with environmental protection requirements.

• 2. Before use, it is necessary to inspect the colorfastness, specifications, and strength of the material to ensure they meet the requirements.

• 3. Please use steam, a hot iron, and a friction tester to check for any color changes, deformations, or fading in the product.

• 4. Please do not use chemical bleaching solvents to wash the product, or the color may fade.

• 5. The product should not be left in a humid environment for a long time and should be kept away from fire sources. If the product is wet, it should be immediately dried.

• 6. If the shrinkage rate of the product does not match that of the sewing fabric, it may cause creasing. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct a shrinkage rate comparison test between the product and the fabric before use.

• 7. The same color of the product may differ due to different dye batch numbers.

• 8. The product's width is slightly different from the actual value. Due to reasons such as production batches and machine control, there is a difference of approximately +-1MM from the usual specifications. However, the width of the fabric produced from the same batch is the same.

• 9. Prohibit squeezing products with sharp, hook, wet items.

• 10、If washed in a washing machine, it requires low intensity.
