Big-fruit Pterocarpus, commonly known as Burmese Rosewood, was the main raw material for huanli wood during the Qing Dynasty. Many classical furniture passed down from generation to generation are made of Big-fruit Pterocarpus, including some fine pieces. Big-fruit Pterocarpus is mainly produced in Myanmar, Thailand, and Laos. Its wood grain is clear, with orange, brick red, or purplish red heartwood, often with dark stripes; scratches can be seen clearly; the wood chips soaked in water turn light yellowish brown, with a little or no fluorescence. The wood fiber wall is thick, and the structure is fine and uniform. The material is hard and heavy, with an air-dried density of 0.80-0.86g/cm3. Because Big-fruit Pterocarpus has a long and mellow fragrance, it is also given a beautiful name - Fragrant Rosewood.
Myanmar Rosewood beads are in large quantities, and it is inevitable that when stringing, people may become tired and accidentally insert 1-2 beads with minor flaws. Beads with no flaws are rare. This is not a quality issue; some wood naturally has flaws (such as agarwood). If a flaw is found in the wood, it does not constitute a quality issue. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
