1. Significant efficiency: One minute can remove two corn cobs.
2. Simple operation: Unlike the complex operation of traditional threshers, it uses a simple manual pushing machine, relying on the cutting action of the blades to achieve corn threshing. It is easy to understand and learn.
3. Convenient to use: After threshing, the corn will be pushed into the storage space, and after stopping the exploitation of corn, it can be poured into other containers from the end of the machinery. It can be used without maintenance, oiling, electricity, and can be carried in any hand.
4. Unbiased by size: Both large and small corncobs can be de-shelled.
5. Durable: The blades are made of stainless steel material, featuring high hardness, resistance to wear, corrosion resistance, and stability.
Working Principle Explanation
Align the blade of the knife with the root of the corn kernels on the corncob, and use the arc-shaped groove on the bottom cover to fit the corncob body. Push the machine from one end of the corncob to the other with your hands, using the cutting effect of the blade to peel the corn from the cob. After the corn is threshed, it will be pushed forward by the machine's forward momentum into the storage space (formed after the upper cover and bottom cover are assembled), and after stopping to peel corn, you can pour the corn from the end of the machine into other containers. The basic principle of its work is to rely on manual pushing of the machine, using the cutting effect of the blade, to achieve corn threshing.
