Hydraulic jack, also known as hydraulic jack, is a plunger or hydraulic cylinder as a rigid lifting jack. Simple lifting equipment is usually equipped with lifting mechanism to lift heavy objects. Simple construction, light weight, easy to carry, easy to move. Common simple lifting equipment has hydraulic jack, pulley and hoist, etc. Hydraulic jacks are classified into general and special. Universal hydraulic jack is suitable for all kinds of lifting operations with small lifting height. It is composed of oil chamber 1, oil pump 2, oil storage chamber 3, piston 4, rocker 5, oil valve 6 and other main parts. When working, as long as the reciprocating trigger rocker, making the manual oil pump to the oil cylinder continuously pressure oil, because the oil pressure in the oil cylinder continuously increased, forcing the piston and the weight above the piston upward motion together. When the return valve is opened, the high-pressure oil in the cylinder flows back into the oil storage chamber, and the weight and piston fall together. Special hydraulic jacks are used to make special tensioning tools to apply tension to prestressed steel reinforcement while making prestressed concrete components. Special hydraulic jacks are mostly double acting. Commonly used there are two types of piercing heart type and cone anchor type. Piercing jacks are suitable for tensioning steel bars or steel wires. They are mainly composed of tension cylinders, jacking cylinders, jacking pistons and springs. It is characterized by a perforated hole along the axis of the draw machine, and the steel bar (or steel wire) is anchored by the tool anchor at the tail. How it works (see figure). When stretching, open the front and rear nozzles, supply oil to the oil chamber from the rear nozzles, and move the cylinder back. Since the cylinder rope is anchored to the tool anchor of the top part of the jack, the jack lengthens the steel cable through the tool. When the cable is stretched to the required length, after the cable is closed, the oil is fed into the top pressure cylinder from the front end of the nozzle, so that the top pressure cylinder piston moves forward to support the anchor plug, and the anchor plug is pressed into the anchor ring, thereby securing the cable. After opening the nozzle and continue to feed from the front nozzle, when the open cylinder moving forward, the oil in the cylinder reflux. Finally open before the oil nozzle, so that the top pressure cylinder in the oil flow back, the top pressure piston due to the role of the reset spring return to the original position
