1. If the oil level of the pump body is insufficient, the working oil (hydraulic oil) should be added to the pump before working.
2. Estimate the starting weight and avoid over loading.
3. Determine the center of gravity of the weight, and choose the lifting point of the jack. At the same time, consider whether the ground is soft and hard with tough wood to avoid the risk of dumping when lifting.
4. When lifting a weight, the jack shall be timely supported by tough wood. It is forbidden to use the jack as a support to avoid load imbalance and the risk of dumping.
Specific operation method:
  Lifting:
  Turn the jack handle clockwise
  2. Place the jack under the correct jacking position of the vehicle (if it is necessary to turn the adjusting screw on the jack counterclockwise until it touches the vehicle)
  3. Insert the jack handle into the casing of the handle, and operate the handle from top to bottom until the vehicle reaches the ideal height
  Down: caution: slow down the vehicle slowly turns the oil return valve
  1. Remove the handle and loosen the oil return valve with the handle (slowly turn the handle counterclockwise to loosen the oil return valve).
  2. Move the jack when the vehicle is completely down. (if the adjusting screw is in the extended state, it shall be rotated clockwise until it is completely separated from the vehicle)
Matters needing attention:
  A) when there is a load, do not unload the quick joint to avoid accidents and damage to the parts.
  B) oil is used as the medium of the machine. The maintenance of the oil and the machine must be done well to avoid blockage or oil leakage, which may affect the operation effect.
  C) for new or old hydraulic jacks, since there is a lot of air in the cylinder memory, the piston rod may have a slight jump phenomenon when being used, which may make the hydraulic jacks move back and forth without load for 2-3 times to exclude the air in the cavity. For a long time idle jacks, due to the long-term non-working of the sealing parts caused the hardening of the seals, thereby affecting the service life of hydraulic jacks, so hydraulic jacks when not in use, will be empty reciprocating movement of hydraulic jacks 2-3 times a month.
Maintenance:
   Oil injection/lubricating oil:
  1. Put the jack in the vertical state;
  2. Lower the pump position and piston until it is fully relaxed;
  3. Remove the rubber oil plug of the jack;
  4. Pay attention to the injection of high-quality hydraulic oil (up to the bottom with holes);
  5. Install rubber oil plug;
  6. Regularly lubricate the transmission connection and adjust the screw rod.
