Before shooting, read the notes carefully:

1. Please inspect the goods upon receipt and if you find any damage during transportation, please contact us immediately. We will then discuss and resolve the issue by sending a replacement. We cannot guarantee after the expiration date, so please make sure to open the package and inspect the goods as soon as possible.

2. If any after-sales issues are identified as quality problems with the laser tube itself, we will bear the cost of re-shipping, and the return shipping fee for the laser tube must be borne by the customer.

3. Order processing is efficient, and the goods are directly dispatched by the factory. Due to the large size of the product, it is not supported for returns once it is sent. Please do not order if you have any concerns!

TW-100 Type CO2 Laser Operator's Manual

1. Installation Requirements

Install strictly according to the TW-100 model installation diagram. Equipped with special power supply DY10 model, the positive pole is high voltage, and the starting voltage is 19 kV.

Uninstalled as required, leading to adverse consequences: ignition. Inner tube puncture leakage.

2. Operating Conditions

Water cooling: The coolant is distilled water, with a flow rate of 2-5 liters per minute, and the standard water temperature is 10°C-40°C.

Use environment: temperature 2-40℃, humidity 10-60%.

Working Current: Detected current is 29mA, and the maximum allowable working current should be controlled at 29mA or below. The long-term working current must be controlled at 27mA or below. The life can reach 8000 hours when the using current is 25mA or below. The above current requirements must be based on the actual current measured by the current meter in series on the cathode wire.

Unauthorized use leading to adverse consequences: When used for a long time with excessive current, the negative electrode may turn light yellow, and at the same time, the service life will be significantly shortened.

To prevent dust from entering the vicinity of the electrodes within the high-voltage enclosure, please wrap a plastic film after placing the high-voltage enclosure.

3. Work Performance

Cutting function.
Carving function. It has excellent carving performance and can be used for high-frequency pulse carving with 4mA current when the laser tube is in the pre-ionization state.
To prevent dust from entering the vicinity of the electrodes within the high-voltage enclosure, please wrap a plastic film after placing the high-voltage enclosure.

4. Points for Attention

The exterior surface of the output lens window cannot be cleaned with cotton balls or any other tool, or it will severely affect the power. The specified method for removing contamination from the exterior surface of the window lens is:
1) Do not turn on the laser when the lenses are dirty.
2) Blow the lens surface with a balloon at an angle.
3) Compress the analytical pure alcohol with a syringe and spray it onto the lens surface.
4) Wait until the alcohol evaporates before turning on the laser.
5) If the above cleaning methods do not work clearly, it must be done by professionals using cotton balls soaked in alcohol to rotate and wipe the mirror surface from the inside out. The best way is to protect the window to avoid contamination.
       Special Note: Do not use acetone to clean the lenses.
The screws at both ends of the laser tube cannot be moved, otherwise it will directly lead to a decrease in laser power and even cause the laser to be scrapped.
Test the light spot on the organic glass, 300mm away from the output lens.

5. Safety

This laser emits non-visible light, and protective glasses must be worn during the tuning process. The positive pole carries high voltage. Pay attention to the safety signs.

6. Storage and Transportation Requirements

Must drain the coolant completely when storing or transporting, cover the output end pipe with a dust-proof plastic bag, store in an environment with a temperature of 2-40℃ and humidity of 10-60%. Pack the product in the original packaging method.
Important Packing Tips: Ensure that the sponge and the laser tube are securely taped together to prevent the laser tube from sliding longitudinally during transportation. The sponge on one end of the output mirror should protrude by 70mm, and the sponge on the other end of the total internal reflection mirror should protrude by 50mm.
