The products of our factory all have the inventory of basic quantity, but because some of the products of our factory are very popular, our factory USES 020 sales mode, the order is much, so do not rule out the possibility that some goods are not available after placing the order, so the delivery period is normal in two to three days, we will try our best to arrange early delivery. If you have the goods, try to deliver the goods on the same day. Breakage: the liability for damage caused by transport will not be borne by our factory. However, we are obliged to do all we can to help the customer to solve this problem. Our factory will adopt logistics double-layer packaging, cushioning and compact stacking to avoid the occurrence of damage. Please be sure to check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the Courier (this is your right). If the quantity is wrong or the appearance is damaged, please ask the Courier to sign for confirmation.

Problem 1: the couriers refuse to open the check together

Return without reason: our factory provides 15 days return and exchange without reason. In case of return and exchange request, the customer must guarantee that the goods are well packed, unused and the products are not damaged, and the second sale of the goods will not be affected. (if the returned goods do not meet the standards, we will charge 20% of the handling fee), no reason for the return and replacement freight to be borne by the buyer.

Subjective defects: our products are affordable, value, some find work after the buyer receive the goods in some coarse, defective, not good material, and imagination is different, and so on questions, but these are not belong to quality problem, no matter what the product is not perfect, too picky buyers please detour, our pictures are the material object photographies, all size is manual measuring, 1-2 cm error is normal.

Return and exchange: return terms. The quality problem of the product itself leads to the loss of the proper function of the product itself. Other: while all we do is make fancy toys, for perfectionists or people who are strict with their products, turn around gracefully and take a detour.
Transportation is done by a third party logistics company, beyond our control. Transport time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions and many other factors. The estimated transport time we give you is for reference only. It is not the content of the contract or the reason for return. 

    The above terms shall be read by the buyer and shall take effect from the time of ordering. If you have any objection, please confirm with the factory staff before ordering.
