1. If there is any quality problem, please contact us. We will give you a satisfactory solution within 12 hours:
1) because our wholesale volume is large and our profit is low, there may be more or less some defective products in it. If you have received them, please help to temporarily deposit them at your place. If you have accumulated more than 10 defective products, please return them to our place and pay the postage back to us. Postage buyers first out, receiving goods together with the replacement of postage, the warehouse refused to accept the delivery. We try to check every single product.

2) if the customer receives less than 10 items, he/she can send the goods back if he/she requires a return, but the postage shall be borne by the buyer. Buyers who cannot accept the above treatment plan, please do not place orders, so as to avoid the unhappy cooperation between both parties.

3) especially for customers in remote areas, the postage is expensive, and the postage of products may exceed the value of the goods. If you cannot accept the above, please do not place the order.
