Material Introduction:

The rod is 0.35 mm thick with a total length of 1.2 m (it can be measured with a caliper; most products on the market overstate the thickness). A rod with a thickness of 0.28 mm will slightly sink when pressed with force, but it won’t deform even under strong pressure. If it sinks easily upon pressing, it can be determined to be below 0.28 mm. A single rod of 0.3 mm and 0.28 mm thickness costs a few cents more.
