 2. Freight note: if the order is more than 5 boxes full, the freight shall be modified by 0.01. All products quoted in the shop are ex-factory prices, excluding shipping and taxes (the customer needs to pay the freight). The ceramic products are fragile. We will pack them very carefully. Every box will be made of wood.

5. The goods will be delivered within 7-15 after payment. Please be careful about the urgent customers.

6. Delivery of goods and logistics, not receiving goods for more than 5 days, please do contact us, except in remote areas!

7. For after-sales problems, please sign and receive the quantity and quality of the baby in the kernel on the day of signing and receiving.

8. Return and replacement instructions: 1. Customers can timely feedback the quantity and quality of goods within 3 days after receiving the goods to after-sales customer service for handling any problems. 3 days after the arrival of the goods without objection, as the transaction completed. Subjective dissatisfaction, the reason in the imagination, there is no quality problem returns, do not accept. The professional packing should be carefully checked before shipment.
