1 What are the various ways your factory processes materials?
Reply: Our factory undertakes custom-made processing based on customer samples, drawings, and selections.
2 Can I get a quote based on the pictures I provide?
Reply: Because there is a disadvantage to making an early quote. If the product has not been seen, the fabric is not certain, and the product attributes are not clear, and if the manufacturer underestimates,
If we can't produce it by then; the manufacturer will suffer; if the factory quotes a high price, the customer will feel it is too expensive without any provision.
The best way is to send a sample to the factory and quote a real price!
3 Does the sample charge a sample fee?
Reply: The general cost for fabric, material preparation, and color proofs for existing fabrics is usually 200 yuan; if customers require special colors or styles, the cost for sample production will be higher.
4 What is the minimum order quantity for processing?
Reply: The manufacturer's existing fabrics, materials, and color orders are available in quantities of 100 pieces per color and style. For custom orders of a single color and style, the quantity should be around 500 pieces.
5 How is the shipping method?
Reply: For small orders, we usually send by courier, and the freight is borne by the customer. We also accept payment of the courier fees on behalf of the manufacturer. You just need to receive the goods.
For multiple orders, we usually send the goods by logistics and accept payment for the logistics fees on behalf of the manufacturer. Some logistics companies offer door-to-door delivery services (such as Deyong Logistics and Anneng Logistics).
Some logistics require customers to pick up their own goods.
Customers place orders, we have independent export rights and can do FOB, CIF, delivery to the warehouse, etc.
6 Payment Method
Reply: For customers with a payment amount of 20,000 RMB or less, we suggest that they can make the payment directly on the Alipay or Alibaba website.
Customers needing to open a VAT invoice must make payments through public to public.
The customer can pay for the export order in US dollars directly into the factory's US dollar account. We will give the customer a discount on the tax rebate portion (approximately 7 percentage points).

Hand measurement may have an error of 1-2cm; during the machine printing process, due to high temperature conditions, there may also be some shrinkage.

All the products we sell are photographed with actual items, but there may be slight color differences due to lighting or monitor display, and the color of the goods is strictly based on the actual item.

Customer service is available from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM/1:00 PM to 6:00 PM/7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (except holidays).
5. About After-sales Service
This store is an authenticated merchant across the entire network, and all products support a seven-day return policy without any reason. If you purchase a product and are not satisfied with it within seven days from the time of receipt (the time of receipt by the courier's official website), you can return or exchange the product as long as it does not affect the second sale. Due to product defects or our mistakes leading to returns and exchanges, we will bear the return shipping costs, but it is important to note that no matter how much the customer pays for the return shipping, our maximum return shipping cost will not exceed the actual shipping fee charged at the time of purchase (for example: if a customer buys a product for 50 yuan and shipping for 10 yuan, totaling 60 yuan, if a return is made due to product issues, no matter how much shipping cost the customer pays, our maximum return shipping cost will be no more than 10 yuan. Due to the return of the parcel because of the product issue, the buyer has prepaid the shipping fee. All items with a collect-on-delivery (COD) label will be refused. After the replacement or return process is completed, we will refund the shipping fee to you based on the amount you originally paid to us.
