About Express Delivery

Our store defaults to using YTO Express for deliveries, and large items are sent via logistics. We ship items every day at 4 PM on the dot. If the time passes and the shipment has not been made, it will be sent the next day. If you have any special requirements, please contact our customer service immediately to resolve the issue. Please ensure that when you receive the goods, you sign for them in the presence of the courier. If there are any damage or losses, please contact us immediately for resolution.

About Color Difference

All product images are 100% real-life shots taken by professional photographers, and they are color-corrected by professional designers based on the products. However, due to the differences in monitors, there may be some color differences. We will try to make the images as close to the actual colors of the products as possible. However, some color differences are unavoidable. We hope you can understand!

About the size

All goods are measured manually according to the measurement method in the product details to avoid minor errors. Please compare the size carefully with the size diagram before purchasing, as size discrepancies will not be considered as standards for returns and exchanges. About Returns and Exchanges

Return policy: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in a condition that allows for resale. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Return and Exchange Fee Policy: We refuse to accept any form of payment on delivery (POOD) parcels, thank you for your cooperation!If the return is due to the buyer's reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
