If the product is damaged due to transport problems, please ask the relevant transport company to issue a certificate with the official seal, and provide this certificate to us, so that we can assist the customer to make a claim; If the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not be held responsible.
6. All customers are requested to protect the integrity of product packaging, accessories or the completeness of relevant materials. If the product has quality problems, we will replace the product within the specified time. (the customer shall bear the freight for replacement separately, and we suggest replacement for the next order)
7. If the returned product is incomplete in packaging, accessories or relevant information; Repair or refit without authorization; Failure to use or store in the normal way; Exceeding the warranty period of the product; Products returned with labels, make false, we will not bear the return and replacement;
