Proper use of adhesive tape:

When air leakage is found, please confirm the following points:

1. Circle the puncture part of the tire and pull out the puncture.

2. Probe the puncture penetration direction with the puncture probe, insert and pump along the puncture direction to remove dust and debris inside the puncture.

3. Cut one end of the rubber strip into a diagonal opening and put it through the hole in the front end of the inserting tool, so that the length of the rubber strip at both ends of the hole is basically the same.

4. Insert the needle with rubber strip into the tire along the puncture hole to ensure that the rubber strip is inserted 2/3 of the length(it must be confirmed that the cold patch strip penetrates the tire body to avoid slipping out after inflation),Rotate the needle 360 degrees and pull out the needle.

5. Cut off the remaining rubber strip outside the tire.

 Notes:

1. Probe must be used to explore the direction of puncture, so as to ensure that the insertion direction and position of the rubber strip are consistent with the penetration direction of the nail hole, otherwise air leakage will occur. For example, the Angle between the direction of puncture and the tread is inclined to 50 degrees, and the probe and needle insertion should also follow the slope.

2. After confirming that the rubber strip is enough to penetrate the tire, rotate the needle insert tool of the strip for one circle (360 degrees) and then pull it out to ensure that the rubber strip squeezes the hole wound and forms a rotary knot in the tire to avoid air leakage.

3. In case of deep inclined hole wound, the length of rubber strip must be ensured to ensure that the rubber strip can penetrate the tire.
