1. 2. Considering that it is impossible for the customer to inspect all products one by one after receiving the goods, we allow any quality problem to be found within 7 days after receiving the goods, and we can replace the goods for you.

4. If the buyer is not satisfied or not sold well, we will not return or replace the products as there is no quality problem.
5. When the customer receives the goods, whether the outer packing box is damaged or not, he needs to open the box for inspection. If any product is damaged due to transport problems, please ask the relevant transport company to issue a certificate stamped with the official seal and provide it to us. If the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not bear the relevant responsibility.
6. All customers please protect the integrity of product packaging, accessories or relevant information, if the product has quality problems, we will give replacement within the specified time; (the freight of replacement shall be borne by the customer alone. We suggest replacement for the next order)
7. If the returned products are incomplete in packaging, accessories or relevant information; Repairing or refitting without authorization; Failure to use and store in the normal way; Beyond the warranty period; Products returned with labels, make false, we will not assume the return;
8. If the customer finds product quality problems and returns the goods, please use ordinary express to return the goods to our company, and the customer will pay for the freight. The company will supplement the freight and the actual cost of the goods according to the express list after receiving the goods. Thank you for your cooperation, communication from the heart!
