We will help you deal with the after-sales issues. If the postman leaves the site and the member fails to check the goods, the consequences shall be borne by the member.

[about out of stock]
Because product design increases ceaselessly, individual design is too sell like hot cakes, or still be in the middle of the production in the factory, can appear out of stock circumstance. We usually do not inform the customer if the goods are out of stock of less than five items for each order. We will send the goods to you at the first time, and return the corresponding amount of goods out of stock after you receive the goods or replace the goods in the following orders. As it is a huge waste to reissue one or several products separately, the freight should be paid by ourselves. Our company will not bear the freight incurred by the reshipment. If there are more out of stock, we will inform you through wangwang or telephone and other means, and make arrangements after you make a decision.

[about product return and replacement]
If there is any quality problem, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Every product of ours goes through multiple inspection processes from production to storage and then out of the warehouse. However, we cannot guarantee that every product sent to you is qualified. For problem products, we usually store them by the customer first. The products accumulated by multiple orders are returned again. Our company will be responsible for the returned freight. The buyer will pay the freight in advance. After we receive the goods, we will refund the freight by alipay transfer. For the goods received, our company do refuse to accept.
