5. Before starting the machine, check whether the connection part of each electrical component of the furnace is loose, whether the power connection is correct and whether the safety grounding is reliable.

Warning:When the furnace temperature rises, do not touch one, use method and component function
1. The temperature controller is set on the furnace surface, the temperature is 0 to 250 degrees Celsius, the recommended temperature for normal use is 200 to 230 degrees Celsius.
2. Turn on the power supply and the red indicator light will be on. At this time, the power supply has been supplied to the furnace.
Aim the desired temperature at the red spot. The yellow indicator light is on and the electric heat tube is heated. When the temperature rises to the required temperature, the thermostat will automatically cut off the power and the yellow indicator will go out. The electric tube stops heating. When the temperature drops slightly, the thermostat automatically switch on the power, yellow indicator light, electric heat pipe heating, temperature rise, so repeated cycle, in order to ensure that the temperature in the set range of constant temperature.
3. After setting the required temperature value, the food can be put on the griddle for processing when the heating indicator goes out.
4. According to the different food, adjust the required temperature, so that the prepared food can get the ideal effect.
5. After use, please turn the temperature control knob counterclockwise to the specified position to cut off the power supply to ensure safety.
Warning:Do not put combustible materials (such as towels) on the stove surface to avoid causing fire.
Cleaning and maintenance
1. Power should be cut off during cleaning and maintenance to prevent accidents.
2. After work every day, wet towel should be stained with non-corrosive detergent diluent to clean the surface of equipment and power line. It is strictly prohibited to directly wash the surface of electrical box with water to avoid damaging the electrical performance. Warning: Do not use steam cleaner for cleaning.
