3: When the customer signs for the goods, please check the goods on the spot with the post office or courier company personnel. Return and exchange notice
1: Our company does not support return without reason.
2: If you receive defective products, please save the defective products to a certain quantity (more than 5 pieces) and send them back to us to transfer new products. If the number of defective products in a single product is insufficient (5 pieces), ask for replacement, the buyer shall bear the freight. Please understand.
3: when returning defective products, please attach a note, indicating QQ number and ID number, order number and defective goods list, reason for return and exchange and specific items for return. I hope you can cooperate.
4: The products are shipped in batches, and some products will inevitably have a little flaw. Please understand. If there are obvious flaws, you need to provide defective pictures within three days after receiving the goods.
5: The scope of replacement. If the quality of the product is wrong, it must be within 15 days from the date of purchase, without affecting the second sale of the product, and this product can be exchanged in the online store when it is in stock.
