Matters needing attention
1. A good grounding wire must be installed for safe operation.
2. As the thermal capacity of small X-ray machine is limited, it is recommended to work intermittently during operation.
3. Only in the process of exposure, this machine will produce X rays, X rays will not be produced in the state of power failure, power on, as long as no exposure will not produce X rays.
4. If any accident occurs during the correct use of this machine, please cut off the power immediately and stop using it. The machine can only be used again after qualified maintenance.
5. When the machine leaves the factory, each X-ray equipment shall be equipped with additional filter plates of the following specifications: 1 aluminum sheet of 1.0/0.5mm each.
6. Each time the machine is disassembled, the head should be disassembled before other parts.
8. After each use of the machine, the transverse arm shall return to the highest point and the head shall be placed in the balance position.
9. Disinfect and clean the contact part between the end of the beam tube and the patient with medical alcohol after each use.
10. Clean the surface of the machine with dry cloth every week, and check that all connecting parts are in good contact.
11. Pay attention to the internal maintenance, check whether the indicator light, display, knob, switch and remote control work normally; Whether X-ray source components may leak oil; Whether there is abnormal sound when the X-ray source component is exposed; Mechanical parts of the fixed screw is loose phenomenon.
12. The rated capacity of this machine is 1.1kw, please choose the power source or grid with the power supply capacity greater than 1.5kw. If the power grid voltage in this area is abnormal, it is suggested to support an industrial voltage regulator of more than 1.5kw to prevent abnormal voltage from damaging the machine and reducing the service life of the machine.
