Buyers requirements

In order to avoid the buyers and sellers in the process of closing a deal may be produced by the dispute brought about by the mood is not happy, now on the following several cases in advance to explain the agreement.

1. There is no warranty service for the toy. In case of man-made damage, we will only provide free maintenance service and charge reasonable accessories fee.

3. If quality problems occur within 24 hours after the goods are signed for (non-human damage), you can contact customer service to apply for return and replacement of the goods. We will bear the return and replacement costs for those not contacted. 24 hours after the occurrence of quality problems or damage, can apply for repair, refuse to return or exchange, round-trip postage by the buyer.

Return and exchange instructions:

1. When signing for the mail, be sure to check whether the product is damaged or missing on the surface of the express, and then sign for it after checking whether there is no defect. 2. 7. If the goods have been removed from the shelves or stopped for sale, customers no matter large or small will not exchange them.

8. Slight scratches or grinding marks may be left in the assembly and transportation of toys, which is unavoidable and not a product quality problem. Please understand.

Pictures and description of product quality:

1. All product pictures are taken in kind. We will not change the color of the pictures.

2. There is a difference between the quality of the material object and the picture. If there is a deviation in the size and material (everyone has different values), the actual size and quality of the object shall prevail.
