Buyers requirements

In order to avoid the buyers and sellers in the process of closing a deal may be produced by the dispute brought about by the mood is not happy, now on the following several cases in advance to explain the agreement.

1. There is no warranty service for the toy. In case of man-made damage, we will only provide free maintenance service and charge reasonable accessories fee.

2. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer shall open the goods for inspection in the presence of the Courier and sign for non-destructive inspection. If the goods are damaged, refuse to sign for them and send them directly to the Courier and return them to us. If not check on the sign, or gatekeeper (friends) sign, later found damaged goods, sellers are exempted from liability. We only provide repair service, round-trip freight and spare parts costs to be borne by the buyer.

3. If quality problems occur within 24 hours after the goods are signed for (non-human damage), you can contact customer service to apply for return and replacement of the goods. We will bear the return and replacement costs for those not contacted. 24 hours after the occurrence of quality problems or damage, can apply for repair, refuse to return or exchange, round-trip postage by the buyer.
