Wind turbines generate variable AC electricity ranging from 13 to 25V due to the instability of wind speed. This AC electricity must be rectified by a charger before being used to charge a battery. The generated electrical energy is then converted into chemical energy in the battery. Subsequently, an inverter with a protective circuit is used to convert the chemical energy in the battery back into 220V AC electricity to ensure stable use.

Mechanical connection and power transmission: The horizontal shaft fan blades are connected through a gearbox and its high-speed shaft with a universal elastic coupling, which transfers torque to the drive shaft of the generator. This coupling should have good characteristics of absorbing damping and vibration, which shows as absorbing appropriate amounts of radial, axial, and certain angles of offset, and the coupling can prevent overloading of the mechanical device. Another type of direct-drive fan blades are directly connected to the motor without going through a gearbox. The type of fan motor is "fan motor type".
