 Product Quality Issue: If you discover functional failure or quality issues with the product within 3 days of receipt (starting from the date of the shipping receipt signature), please contact us immediately. If the problem is confirmed to be due to the product's own quality, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you, and we will bear the cost of the return shipping.
