About purchasing
We mainly deal in wholesale, not retail. All prices are wholesale prices and do not include shipping.
About Customization
We support custom processing and logo creation. The minimum order quantity depends on the products you choose. For details, please contact our customer service.
About Logistics
Small items are sent by logistics, and the logistics partner is Yimidida. For large items, it is recommended to use dedicated logistics. The fee is charged according to the actual situation. If you need us to prepay the freight forwarding fee, please contact the customer.
About shipping:
Under normal circumstances, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours. In special cases, such as seasonal busy periods or stock shortages in the warehouse, the shipping time may be extended appropriately. Please understand.
About Receiving Goods
Please verify whether there are any damage or loss of goods before signing for the receipt. If there are any such issues, please contact us first and negotiate the handling.
About stock shortages:
To ensure that customers receive their goods in time, we will first contact customers for orders that are out of stock. After obtaining the customer's permission, we will send out products that are in stock first. Customers can apply for a refund for the missing parts after receiving the goods. If the customer does not allow this, we will negotiate a refund and kindly ask for your understanding.
About after-sales service
1. The colors and patterns of the products on the web page may vary due to the lighting during the shooting and the different monitors. There may be a color difference between the product images and the actual items. Please refer to the actual items for accuracy.
2. If the product has quality problems, it can be returned or exchanged. If there are no quality problems, it will not be returned or exchanged, please be informed.
3. If the product is damaged, please take photos and contact our customer service. The photos must show two details: First, a picture of the unharmed shipping box; Second, a detailed view of the damaged product. This will help us communicate with you to replenish the stock.
4. We support issuing invoices. If you need to issue an invoice, the buyer will bear the cost of the invoice. For specific charging standards, please consult the customer service.
