Inventory clothing styles and quality issues

Because this series is stock items, all styles and colors will be shipped randomly! It may not be the same as the picture. Perfectionists, those who are strict about color differences, or those who are concerned, please be cautious when purchasing. Please understand the situation of all customers!

Clothes of mixed styles cannot be absolutely guaranteed to be 100% quality. Even if they are stock or genuine products, there can be no absolute guarantee. Claims of 100% quality are often just beautiful lies. About 5% of imperfect items is considered normal. We promise to inspect each package without opening it to ensure that the clothes inside are not defective! Only those that appear to be defective will be avoided from being shipped, ensuring that the rate of defects is minimized. Please rest assured.

No quality problems are supported for returns and exchanges.

Transportation method: for small quantities, use express delivery; for large quantities, use logistics.

Purchase Method: This series is a mixed stock with very low profit margins. We do not accept any form of negotiation and do not provide refunds or exchanges. We support cash on delivery. For the purchase, a 30% deposit is required, and the remaining balance can be paid by courier or logistics collection. For remote areas that courier or logistics services do not reach, the full payment is required to release the goods upon receipt of payment.

About taking samples

If a customer who is not confident about the quality of our special-priced sweaters from the first time of cooperation, they can first take samples and then place an order. The special-priced sweater samples are priced at 30 yuan each. The sample fee is payable upon receipt and payment is made immediately. The shipping fee is paid by the buyer. The samples are not exchangeable or refundable. The difference between the sample and the actual order will be compensated to you when you place your next order.
