1. Before use: foam tank shake up and down for 1 minute.

2. Screw the can into the adapter (do not be too tight!)

3. When the ejector starts to work, press unloader and let foam stream for 10 seconds. The foam is filled into the elongated tube. Drive out residual air.

4. Fix the needle on the nozzle.

5. When the flow control device is new, the syringe with tank should be kept upright.

6. The foam output is adjusted by the trigger and controlled by the flow adjustment screw. If the adjustment screw is tightened, the syringe the trigger should not rotate more than three turns to loosen the adjustment screw.

7. When replacing the tank, try to shake the new tank and remove the empty can. Quickly (within one minute) install new structures foam tank.

8. The Can must be changed quickly to prevent foaming from hardening in the adapter.

9. Replace the needle for blocking the hardened foam if necessary.

10. When cleaning the foaming gun, quickly remove material tank. Turn the cleaning agent upside down to the foam gun adapter and press the trigger thorough cleaning.

11. Foam gun on the front mouth foam the hardening residue is removed by using the same or the like. Clear the outside of the long tube with a metal brush or knife.
