(1) Are there any goods on the shelves? What if it's out of stock?

This shop is specialized in wholesale, for the product warehouse with a few yuan of amount out of stock, it will change other colors or cross out, and send other goods to you. The goods out of stock will not be reissued.

(2) We have paid, when will the goods be delivered and how long will it take to receive the goods?

As the daily shipment quantity is relatively large, we will deliver the goods in order of payment within 72 hours after your successful payment. The delivery time will be affected by distance, weather and uncertain factors

(3) What should we do if we receive the goods with quality problems and out of stock?

If the goods are out of stock or have quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact after-sales service in time within three days. If there are quality problems, please take pictures and send them to the customer service immediately after receiving the goods.

(4) Do not return or exchange under the following circumstances

About after-sales
