I. Scope of Application
This product is suitable for the disinfection and prevention of diseases in the field of public health and anti-epidemic, hotels, greenhouses, warehouses, poultry sheds, beekeeping, and the spraying of water and disease prevention and control in flower, bonsai, nursery, edible fungus. It can also be used for the prevention and control of diseases and pests in small-scale vegetable and fruit fields; the spraying of various perfumes, cleaners, cleaners, detergents in living rooms and public places; it can also be used for cleaning furniture and glass, and spraying water for ironing clothes. In short, it has a very wide range of uses and is a necessary good for modern families.
Characteristics
This product has a beautiful shape, a novel structure, is convenient to use, and has good atomization. The nozzle can be adjusted, which can be used for spraying in a mist form or in a straight line, and can be used close or far. The bottle thread of the series sprayer and the bottle mouth rubber seal ring are unified, and the air cylinder thread and the air pressure rubber ring seal ring are unified. The nozzle can be exchanged with each other.
3. Usage Method and Precautions
(1) Unscrew the liquid bucket lid, fill the liquid into the bucket, the maximum amount of liquid filled at one time should not exceed the setting ring or water level line, the amount of liquid is about 0.8-1.2-1.5-2.0 liters. Then tighten the liquid bucket lid.
(2) Before inflating, press the wrench several times to lubricate, then move the plug rod to inflate, after several times of inflation, you can spray.
(3) When the nozzle is tightened, it can spray a mist; when it is loosened, it can spray a long straight line.
(4) When the liquid is filled to the rated capacity in the tank, the number of air pressure operations should not exceed: 0.8 model 25-30 times; 1.2 model 30-40 times; 1.5 model 30-45 times; 2.0 model 35-50 times. If the liquid in the tank exceeds the effective fluid capacity, operate according to the required number to prevent the accident of tank rupture.
(5) If after a certain number of air pressure attempts, the spray does not work, check if the nozzle is clogged or if the nozzle cap is too tightly screwed. Please loosen it, but do not forcefully press it.
(6) After fully inflating, if the sprayer does not work and there is dripping from the nozzle, please slightly tighten the screw of the spray rod; if after tightening, there is still leakage when the wrench has space, release the air, remove the copper head, and check if the O-ring in the plug rod is centrally placed. Please ensure it is correctly positioned.
(7) If you feel a large amount of friction when inflating the tire, you need to loosen the air tank tube, apply Vaseline or other vegetable oil around the black rubber piston ring, and strictly prohibit the use of mechanical oil. When replacing the O-ring, you should also do so to make the inflating feel comfortable and extend the life of the rubber ring.
(8) Secondly, after spraying the agent, it should be cleaned with clean water in time to prevent blockage. If it is not used temporarily, please loosen the barrel to release the air. After pouring the liquid, if it is left for a long time and used later, it should be applied with Vaseline or other vegetable oil at the piston and sealing ring.
