working principle:
       The basic principle of the photosensitive seal machine is to use the sensitivity of the special material to form an impermeable film at the place where the stamp surface does not need to be imprinted, thereby achieving the effect of the seal. Therefore, the use of a photosensitive seal to make a stamp is fast. The advantage of the photosensitive seal is that the machine is cheap and not easy to break, the print is clear, the precision of the text is high, and the use is convenient, and only takes 10 seconds of exposure. It is not necessary to apply mud every time it is stamped, and the chapter body is beautiful and durable.
Operation method:
 
1) Print the prepared sample on sulfuric acid paper or film with a laser printer;
2) Cover the transparent exposure film according to the sample specification, the size of which is based on the full coverage of the sample;
 
3) The order and orientation between the print sample, the exposure film and the photosensitive seal pad of the drawer type photosensitive machine are: the print sample is on the top layer, close to the photosensitive machine drawer exposure glass, the printing surface is facing downward, and the middle layer is the exposure film. The third layer is the stamp pad. The three are in smooth and intimate contact in turn, and gap wrinkles are strictly prohibited in the middle. Cover the photosensitive machine with the light shield and pull the handle to press it tightly;
4) Turn on the power and turn on the power switch, and the photosensitive machine starts to charge;
5) There are many types of photosensitive stamp pads, and different stamp pads require different exposure energies. In order to accurately expose all photosensitive stamp pads, this unit uses an exposure method that displays a random random exposure according to a voltmeter. The exposure voltage ranges from 400V to 600V and can be exposed. (In the first use, it is recommended that the user first test the optimum exposure voltage value suitable for the chapter pad with the trim. For example, the exposure voltage value of some domestic photosensitive pads: 240V for sulfuric acid paper and 220V for film printing). When the photosensitive machine charging indication reaches the required exposure voltage of the chapter pad, turn off the power, press the trigger button to complete the exposure;
6) Loosen the pressing handle, open the dark plate, take out the exposed photosensitive pad, and peel off the film;
7) Put the exposed printing pad into the corresponding chapter shell, inject the scalar ink according to the stamp specification, and the ink is evenly distributed, then it can be delivered to the customer.
8) Turn off the photosensitive machine (after the power switch of the machine is turned on, the photosensitive machine starts to prepare for charging. In order to prolong the service life, please develop the habit of turning on the power before use, and turn off the power in time after exposure. Do not wait for a long time.)
