 4. Summary of returns and exchanges ---- if you are not satisfied with the product and do not like it, you can return it without affecting the secondary sales, and the freight is paid by yourself! 

  No return or exchange is allowed under the following circumstances

   A The package of the returned product is damaged or incomplete, and the product accessories or related materials are incomplete;

   B repair or refit without authorization;

  E seasonal products will not be returned if they are overdue (such as summer fans, heating pads in winter, etc.).

6. Placing an order will be deemed to agree to the following terms 

(1) if the amount reaches 200 yuan, the batch can be mixed, and the quantity is not limited; A single product can be placed at least minimum order quantity online.

(2) due to the large daily shipment volume, we will try our best to notify the out-of-stock products by phone. Due to the low profit of the products, after receiving the goods, we will apply for a refund according to the out-of-stock products indicated in the shipping list, and will not reissue them.

(3) there may be missing delivery during Mixed Batch. If you find that the goods are less than the order quantity, please contact us in time. The validity period is within 3 days after receiving the goods, and it will not be handled within the time limit. After confirmation, we will make up the payment immediately.

 (4) If the products without quality problems cannot be returned after they are received, we shall bear the return freight for quality problems, and we shall bear the freight for the replacement.

 (5) If out of stock needs to be notified, please note "Please inform me if out of stock" in the order message "!

 (6) regarding express delivery, if there is no remarks, the default express delivery will be sent to our store. If not, contact the customer to send other express. Other express delivery needs to make up the difference.
