Mug customization process:

• Consultation: the customer will customize the product style, quantity, and the logo, pattern and other information to be printed on the product, online or telephone communication with us, we will calculate the accurate price for you, and negotiate the sample, packaging, delivery and other matters.
• Design: After the price and delivery date are confirmed, please send clear patterns, LOGOS, text and other information to the customer service in PSD, AI and other formats. We will design the effect diagram for you free of charge, communicate with each other and adjust to confirm the specific content, size and location of printing.
• Final draft: After the effect drawing is confirmed, please take the payment and enter into production; If you need to make a sample, also take the sample fee into the sample production.
• Production: During the formal mass production (or proofing), the customer can ask the customer service to take pictures or videos related to the production and supervise the production.
• Shipment: use the designated logistics company or default logistics company to arrange shipment within the time specified by the customer.
• After receiving the goods, if the customer has quality, quantity, packaging and other problems, please contact the customer service in time, we will quickly and effectively solve the problem for you. Your praise is our eternal pursuit.
