Notes:

1.Be sure to choose the specifications with the cutting machine, and according to the thickness and hardness of the material to choose the corresponding saw blade.

2.Before work, check whether the blade is installed in the correct direction and clamped. Reversing the direction will seriously reduce the blade sharpness.

3.Operators must use protective masks goggles and other labor protection supplies, so as to avoid danger.

4.No curve cutting or lateral polishing is allowed during the use of the product. If the arc is to be polished or cut, please select special products.

5.When dry cutting, do not cut continuously for a long time, the cutting machine should be intermittent cooling, wet cutting, should add water cooling, beware of electric leakage.

6.After the saw blade is installed, it should be idled for a few minutes to make sure there is no swing or jump before use. If you find that the sharpness of the saw blade decreases during use, please cut two knives on the grinding wheel or firebrick to restore the sharpness of the saw blade.
