  shipping instructions

Delivery description

the shipment volume of our store is increasing day by day, and the products are often out of stock due to the fast shipment of toy products, especially during the sales season, the sales volume increases, and the products have been sold out just now, therefore, we do not exclude the possibility that some goods are out of stock after placing an order. Therefore, it is normal that the delivery period is one to three days. We will try our best to arrange the delivery as early as possible. If you have the goods, try to deliver them on the same day. If some of them are out of stock, they will be delivered within three days. Please forgive me!
Solution to the out-of-stock problem: generally, we will contact the consignee to inform the reason for the out-of-stock, and obtain the consignee's consent to change the style or color, etc. If the consignee cannot be contacted, the default principle is to distribute as much as you can according to the order. Return replacement

③ damaged packaging and crushed express delivery: we will adopt double-layer packaging, cushion, compact stacking and other methods to avoid damage. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, beyond our control, the damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. Please be sure to unpack and check in front of logistics or express delivery!! (Logistics with insurance such as Xinbang can claim compensation, but ordinary logistics generally does not exist.
