Buyers:

1. When receiving the goods, no matter whether the package is damaged or not, it needs to be checked out of the box. If it is damaged due to transportation, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue the certificate with the official seal, and provide this certificate to us, and we will assist customers to claim.
2. We will try our best to satisfy the designation of color or style, but not necessarily 100%. If the color and style do not match, the goods will not be returned or exchanged (the customer can indicate that the goods cannot be distributed as required and can be sold out); The buyer is dissatisfied or not easy to sell, however, if there is no quality problem in the product, it will not be returned or exchanged.
3. Please protect the integrity of product packaging, complete accessories or relevant information. If the product has quality problems, we will exchange the goods within 3 months after signing. Please note that if the goods are exchanged within 3 days after shipment, we will bear the return freight; If the goods are exchanged within 10 days, both parties will bear half of the freight; If the goods are exchanged within 10 days, the buyer will take care of the freight! 4. On delivery:
1. Pay before 16:00 and deliver the goods on the same day, otherwise, deliver the goods the next day. In special cases, the customer service will contact you specially.
2. Freight on arrival is supported.
3. By default: We send Yunda/ZTO Express and Debon logistics. Please check whether the local express or logistics outlets are available before purchasing! Time limit: 2-4 days for fast delivery and 3-6 days for physical delivery. For details, please log on to the website of the express company and the website of the logistics company.
