 【Production Method】：

(1) After placing the prepared ice cream batter (please strictly follow the mixing ratio required by the ice cream powder instructions), let it stand for half an hour, then pour the batter into the top bucket of the ice cream machine. Make sure the batter does not clump. (2) Press the automatic button to start the machine and enter the automatic working mode. 【Daily Maintenance】∶

AThe cleaning of the refrigeration cylinder.
To ensure the health of ice cream consumers and to extend the service life of machine parts, you must clean the refrigeration tank once a day.
Press the cleaning key to drain all the slurry in the batch tank, and then press the stop key.
(2) Add an appropriate amount of disinfectant to warm water and pour it into the feed tank, making sure the water volume in both tanks is the same.
Press the cleaning key for about five minutes to stir, then discharge the cleaning liquid.
Rinse with clean water 2-3 times, and then stop the machine.
(5) Turn off the power and clean and repair all parts.
a. Loosen the four screws on the side of the liquid valve, and remove the liquid discharge valve assembly.
b. Remove the handle locking pin, handle, valve rod, and seal ring from the discharge valve in turn.
