  i. High temperature and high pressure cooking, air drying and steam drying. High temperature and high pressure cooking extracts high moisture content and residual glue juice in the wood. Steam drying makes the log reach the moisture content required for making furniture, and at the same time achieves the effect of sterilization and insect removal. The processed logs will not be deformed, moldy, decayed or insect-bearing, and the moisture content is basically below 12%. At this time, the wood surface mask has Luster, color uniformity, fine texture and medium structure.

  Second, drying is the first step in furniture manufacturing, and it is also a key step. How to deal? -- Steam drying treatment. The drying process is divided into three steps:

  1. Pre-heat treatment: it is mainly low temperature and high humidity to balance the temperature inside and outside the wood and reduce the moisture content initially;

 2. Drying stage: it mainly increases the temperature gradually, reduces the humidity slowly, extracts the water inside and outside the wood, and makes it reach the moisture content we want;
