1. Disclaimer: Due to the nature of toys as perishable goods, minor scratches and minor issues are occasionally unavoidable. Minor scratches and paint chipping on the toys are considered normal and do not constitute quality issues. Returned goods will incur the cost of both ways shipping. For wholesale orders, quality issues must be accumulated to a total of 10KG before a return can be made. If you are sensitive to these conditions, please do not purchase. By placing an order, you agree to our return policy. 2. Regarding Logistics: Freight costs are typically collected upon delivery. The goods must be picked up at the freight station. Customers can provide their own shipping logistics.

Regarding logistics, freight charges are generally collected upon delivery, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the customer (please provide the Changhong freight telephone) or we can help you choose a more suitable one! (Note: we can only estimate the freight charges for the buyer, and the actual freight charges are based on the amount at the time of pickup. We can control the shipping time, but the arrival time at the freight station is not guaranteed, please understand, thank you!)



Upon receiving the goods, if you find that the product packaging box is severely damaged or there are missing products, please contact us immediately and take photos. Once the goods are signed for, it is deemed that the buyer acknowledges that the goods are intact and undamaged. The risk after signing for is transferred to the buyer, and there will be no further reason to request a return or exchange of the goods.






① If there are no quality issues with the product (damage due to logistics and transportation does not fall under quality issues), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Since our products are mainly electronic and plastic toys, the loss rate is several times higher than that of ordinary toys. For toys that cost a few dollars, it is unrealistic to expect them to be durable, pressure-resistant, and scratch-resistant. For returns that are not due to quality issues, we will count the goods after receiving them and will refund the customer the original price at 80% for goods that do not have quality issues and do not affect secondary sales. The return shipping fees will be borne by the buyer. If you cannot accept this clause, please do not purchase our products.

The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: damaged or incomplete product packaging, incomplete accessory or related materials, unauthorized repair or modification of the product, or goods that have not been used or stored in the normal manner. We apologize for any inconvenience to our customers.
