Color coated knowledge:

I. Basic definition of color coating color coated steel plate is coated on the surface after surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conersion treatment) of hot galvanized plate and aluminized zinc plate substrate A product made of one or more layers of organic coating and then cured by baking.

  Color coated plates are widely used in construction, household appliances, furniture and other industries due to their molding performance, durability and colorful colors.

II. Types of color coating:

  According to the substrate: Hot dip galvanized aluminized zinc

  By layer: ordinary polyester Silicon changed to polyester high weather-resistant polyester Fluorocarbon

3. Color coated substrate:

  Hot dip galvanized substrate: zinc content Z30-600

  Aluminized zinc substrate: aluminum 55% zinc 43.4% Silicon 1.6%, aluminum zinc content AZ40-150

4. Layer structure:

  Two coating and two baking (2/2) should not be used as sandwich board

  Two coating and one baking (2/1) composite board (sandwich board)

  Two coating and one baking tape M(2/1M) corrugated plate and sandwich board dual-use
