Our products are all taken in kind. Due to the influence of shooting technology, light and various display parameters, the products received will be different from the pictures. The actual products shall prevail! The product is made by hand and cannot be guaranteed to be exactly the same. There will be a slight difference in size, but we will try our best to be close and similar. Customers who are demanding perfect details, please consult before placing an order.
2. Delivery time
The goods will be shipped on the same day or within three days, and the customized products will be shipped within about a week. If you need to be urgent, please inform the customer service for consultation.
3. About receiving goods
The normal delivery area of logistics will be delivered downstairs. Pay attention to that the limited road section and the limited truck road section cannot be delivered. Please pick up yourself. Please consult customer service before ordering product shipping expense. The free shipping fee does not include the upstairs fee. We will carefully check the products before they are shipped. To ensure your rights and interests, please open the box and check carefully before signing for the products! If you find that the number of pieces is incorrect or damaged, please reject it and contact our customer service. We will find a logistics claim. Otherwise, once you sign for it (including signing for it), it means that there is no dispute over the normal integrity of the product, logistics can't claim compensation, and the subsequent expenses must be borne by the buyer.
4. After-sales:
Solid wood attributes determine that there are wood knots and natural textures. Some of them will be slightly warped due to climate reasons. If any handmade products do not affect normal use, they will not be returned. If they are damaged due to logistics problems, the buyer has signed for it and cannot repair it by himself. You can send it back to us to help you repair it. The buyer shall bear the return shipping fee for the second package.
