1. About the samples
The prices on the company website are all factory prices. We are not distributors or general stores, and we do not generally sell retail. If you order a few items, do not ask if they are shipped for free. The prices on the website are basically wholesale prices. This is not a retail store, and there is no bargaining.

3. About freight charges
We emphasize that we are a wholesale business with very low profit margins. Any product in our store does not include free shipping, as sometimes the shipping cost can even exceed our profit. The shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. We understand your situation and to reduce your costs, we have negotiated with YTO Express for the delivery of goods. All products in our store are defaulted to be shipped by YTO Express, and the shipping cost is already calculated. After placing an order, there is no need to make any changes. If YTO Express does not reach your area, please contact us in advance to avoid any delays in your receipt of the goods.
4. About Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items without quality issues, and we do not support returns or exchanges for items that cannot be sold later. The pressure of inventory, large-scale fabric procurement costs, labor, electricity, water, and factory costs, we cannot assume responsibility for non-quality issues or non-human factors. Therefore, please ensure that customers who come to place bulk orders first read the bulk purchase rules and then place the order, or it will be deemed to have agreed to the terms in the bulk purchase rules! For quality issues within 7 days after receipt, only the same item can be exchanged, and after the time, the seller has the right to deal with it appropriately. We do not want to have defects in bulk goods, because it will be troublesome for everyone. Please take a photo and confirm the problem with us to facilitate our judgment. Our goods will be checked before shipping. Bulk purchase is not retail, and the profit is very small, so we will take full responsibility for the return freight of the single-way courier for the buyer. After all, to exchange the sub-quality goods in the market or wholesale market, the stall will not reimburse the carfare. Thank you for your understanding.
Because of the wholesale nature, the profit is quite low. We are not distributors and are not retail. When quality problems occur, the freight cost often exceeds the product profit by a lot, sometimes even more than the payment. All we can bear is one-way freight, and we hope you can understand! If the buyer has to bear the postage for the return of defective products every time they make an order.
After the sale of the hat, if there is no quality problem, it is not within the scope of exchange. If the damage is intentionally caused by human, it is not exchanged, and the wholesale qualification is also cancelled.
① If the order is wrong: you can return the goods and get a refund, and the shipping fee should be negotiated between the seller and the buyer. Since it's wholesale, we handle a large volume every day, so please make sure to ask if the goods are in stock when you make the order. If there are some at the time of your order but there are none when the goods are shipped, and if the quantity is large, we will call you to seek your consent, and then replace them with other styles. If the quantity is small, we will send you the goods in stock directly, and if there are no goods, we will negotiate with you to refund the remaining amount to you, or deduct the remaining amount from the next time you order, after all, it's wholesale, and we understand each other!
② Product quality issues: For example, if there are any deviations or fewer threads, please take a picture after confirmation and we will make up for it at the next time of stocking. Since the wholesale profit is relatively low, we do not support the way of sending the problem by express. Our profit is just the postage profit for you. Please understand. The company does not support the policy of returning goods without reasons. For non-quality issues, such as slightly loose edges, minor stains, non-human-made defects, and uncontrollable reasons such as color difference caused by computer display (different displays will have different colors), not liking, not the same as I imagined, not the same as others, materials do not meet the imagination, etc., the buyer's subjective judgment, please check our actual pictures before buying. After all, the cross-stitch thread and other locking work of the product are completed by manual labor, and it is inevitable that some mistakes will occur. If you are very concerned, please do not shoot. Later, it will not be considered a quality problem. This store does not accept the return and exchange of goods without quality problems!!
Quality problems with the hat after human handling, please handle it yourself, and we will not accept any responsibility for this. This is a basic moral principle.
"5. About the omission of
After all, it is directly approved by the manufacturer, and thousands of cross-stitch products are sent every day. The shipping staff has to handle a large amount of daily shipments, which may lead to some packages being missed. If the buyer finds that there is a shortage after receiving the goods, please contact us immediately. We will check and confirm the situation, and either refund the short amount to your Alipay account or reduce the difference in the next time of replenishment. We do not support re-delivery because sometimes the shipping cost of one or two missing items may be higher than the actual value.
6. About Shipping
Our online orders will be shipped within 2 days after purchase, possibly the same day or the day after, at the latest not later than the third day. Due to the large daily shipment volume, we need to send them in the order of the purchase. Please understand! (If it is during a promotional activity with a large order volume, there may be adjustments. Please consult the customer service if you have any questions. Unless there is a special situation, we will deliver on schedule).
