Wholesale Instructions
All jewelry is available for bulk purchase with no minimum amount, and mixed batch is supported, meaning there is no limit to the number of styles (except for cooperative distributors). We welcome large, medium, and small Taobao, Tmall, and WeChat mini-store agents to cooperate.
If you need to place an order or in an emergency, feel free to consult our online customer service via Alipay or call our customer service hotline.
【Shipping and Express Delivery】
Shipping time: Orders placed before 16:30 and paid that day will be arranged for shipment as much as possible. Orders paid after 16:30 will be shipped the following day.
The next day's arrangement will be sent out! Note: If there is a shortage, we will contact the customer for a refund.
Delivery Method: Our company supports express delivery. Domestic shipping fees (excluding Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau) are generally based on the first weight, which ranges from 7-15 yuan. The cost for additional weight varies by province.
Please contact customer service to make up the difference in price, and the specific freight charge should be confirmed by the customer service. If the difference in price is not made up, this factory has the right not to ship the goods.
Customer service online time: Monday to Friday: 9:00-20:00. Weekend: 10:00-20:30. Legal holidays are not working (weekend normal work).

We will send out the goods as soon as possible for any order that is short of less than five items.
In order to deliver it to you in time, you can return the payment for the missing goods once you receive them. If there are many missing items, we will wait for your decision before making arrangements.
(You can usually choose to continue waiting or to ship some of the goods first.)
