About the receipt issue: Due to the busyness of the warehouse packing. Please check the number of items and the weight on the box when receiving. About the delivery time issue: The shipment is sent from Shenzhen. It will take 1-2 days to reach within Guangdong Province. For provinces outside Guangdong, it usually takes 3-4 days. For remote areas, it takes 6-8 days, such as Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Shandong, Qinghai, and Ningxia.
