1. About shipping:

3. About Receiving

After that, if there are any problems, the store will not be responsible for any issues.

4. About Transportation
·Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.
·B We cannot control the delivery and logistics companies, the time given by our customer service personnel is just an estimated approximate time based on normal circumstances. Those who refuse to accept delivery or return the goods because the arrival time is too late, we will not accept. Please (or other consignee) must check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.
· B Returns and Exchanges: In principle, the company will not accept any returns for any reason after the sale of all products (if the product has a quality issue or is sent incorrectly, it can be exchanged through negotiation. The company will bear the one-way logistics transportation costs. All our quotes are factory prices without transportation costs).
·If the product itself has quality problems or the function missing due to the transportation process, the company can provide exchange processing. Please feedback the product problem to us within 7 days after receiving the goods. If the after-sales problem is feedback after the deadline, please consult with the customer service. For quality problems of the product, please return more than 20 kilograms with ordinary logistics, and we will send the exchange goods together when the customer makes the next order (if it is not acceptable to send together when the next shipment, the freight is at the expense of the customer!)
